Interview process began with a phone interview with the internal HR department. The next step required that I give a prepared, formal, 15-minute presentation on a provided question to a panel. After the presentation there was a specific time period for the panel to ask me questions and then I was given a very short time period to ask them direct questions. The process felt more like a procurement process than an evaluation and determination of a candidate for a senior role at the company.

There are 2 in person interview and 1 virtual interview. The interviewers were not aligned on the roles and responsibilities of the position.
On top of that, candidate needs to pass 2 capability assessments.
