Interview process was pretty standard answer in STAR method. No surprise or tricky questions. The interviewers were attentive and present. I only had one interview with the panel, we met at the college for the interview.

Smooth and cordial. It was 3 rounds 1st round HR, Seond Round Manager and 3rd round Manager and Team Speacialist. Basic questions and questions about technical capabilities. Average interview difficulty. Would take about 2 weeks to hear back on the decision.

Panel interview by the managing director, hiring manager and one other guy. It was an onsite interview and very interactive. The other guy was on virtual. The experience was intriguing.

English interview. Set a situation and ask how to solve a challenging problem. Other questions are structured like why BASF, why this position. The interviewers are nice and friendly. Get feedback really fast and the time to join is flexible.

The first interview was with the hiring manager. Questions include a walkthrough of background, interests and motivations. Interviewer introduces the role, the team and expectations and also open for questions.
