Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en BASF (Hong Kong) en oct 2015
Entrevista
First, an interview with the HR. And then, an interview with the regional communications head and a team leader. Then, an interview with the business unit head. The interview was done more than 5 years ago and therefore, I cannot really remember. It was not that difficult.

Entrevista
Interviewed virtually with hiring manager in Germany. Also had a face to face interview with business leader in the office. Overall the process was straight forward. The offer came relatively quick.

Entrevista
HR called to confirm I was still interested in the job. Then I received an email from the hiring manager sending me an assignment (develop two communication strategies) to be completed over the weekend. Then I got an email asking me to hold a time in my calendar "in case" they decided to interview me based on the assignment. Then the interview was confirmed. It was two interviews at once, first with a Manager of Sustainability, who wasn't interested in discussing my Communications experience, but asked questions about my thoughts on plastics and how I would coordinate an itinerary for a visiting SVP. Not my areas of expertise. This was immediately followed by an interview with a peer in Communications and the hiring manager, whose area of expertise was reportedly more in the finance area. They interrogated me about my assignment and how hard I was willing to work (making it pretty clear that work/life balance was not a priority in this department). All in all, I'd say it was the most unpleasant interview experience I've had in about 20 years.
You're planning an internal event with 2 weeks lead time. A week in, you find out a Senior Vice President from Europe is coming for a three-day tour. How do you handle this?
