The hiring process started with an on campus information session and a visit during the career fair at my university. BASF conducted on campus interviews with prospective students. They were then invited to go to the second round interviews at one of their large sites in the US. At the second round interviews, you were treated with a happy hour drink and dinner. The next day consisted of a plant tour and interviews with both HR and engineers.

15 min initial phone screen (logistics about moving, the interview process, etc) 45 min web ex interview. interviewed with HR and an Engineer who was apart of the PDP program before. the questions were very in depth (like each question had multiple questions to them). Know their Core values and how you can relate to them! (creative, open, responsible, entrepreneurial)
