Entrevista
Very structured STAR format but with an informal environment. It consisted of 3 people including an HR representative and 2 production managers. Interview started with basic introductions of everyone, then each person proceeded to ask 1 prepared question each. After answering those questions I was given an opportunity to ask questions or make any comments.
