If you google "most common/generic interview questions," you will probably find most of the questions they asked. But I wasn't prepared for basically any of them, so some of them completely 'pants-ed' me. They never asked about a specific point on my resume. Most were along the lines of "name a time when..." The key is probably being prepared for those kinds of questions, and being able to communicate your specific experiences well.
