I heard from the recruiter and did my first interview with a panel consisting of the hiring manager, HR rep and a recent full-time hire. I heard back a week later that they wanted to conduct a second interview with the same panel. All the questions were behavioral and were mainly based around leadership and collaborative skills. I received my offer 2 weeks after the second interview an accepted it the next week.
