Pretty easy interview. It seemed like they really needed to fill the position so they did not press me too hard on the questions. I spoke with an HR rep about general information, a technical guy, and a hiring manager. They just asked some questions about what I put on my resume to verify I was not lying about anything.

Panel interview with the team. The manager led the call and other team members chimed in with questions. The interview was conversational and focused mostly on my background, technical experience, troubleshooting approach, and how I communicate with business users and team members. Overall, it felt organized, fair, and straightforward.

Takes some time in between interview rounds as you would expect in this industry, however everyone I talked to was great. Applied on November 20th, 2023 and was turned down after 3 rounds (2 virtual and 1 onsite) on January 22nd, 2024. The onsite interview consisted mostly of general technical and background questions. There was no live coding involved. Even though the interview seemed to go extremely well, they decided that I didn’t have enough experience. Very unfortunate considering they knew my experience the whole time based off of my resume, but it is what it is.
If you had two arrays, one with 99 characters and another with 100 characters, and you wanted to find out what character is in the second that isn’t in the first? How would you do this with only one iteration?

There was a 1 hour phone screening and then a 1.5 hour in person interview. They were both with the team members and hiring managers as opposed to HR.
The phone screening was more focused on discussing my experience and qualifications. They asked technical questions as they arose (why did you choose this instead of that, explain why it's better, etc).
The in person interview was with a team member, the direct manager, and a higher up manager. It was much more technical and asked specific questions about the technologies I'd be using.

They gave a few scope questions about javascript methods and functions. They also gave me some code that was designed improperly and I had to explain what it would do and how to fix the issue.
Then they went over benefits and general company culture.
