I had a very disappointing interview experience with Aziro.
I successfully cleared three rounds of interviews and was even informed that I would be moving forward to a client round. However, shortly after, HR called and told me I was not selected—without any clear explanation.
What’s more concerning is that when I reached out to HR for clarification, they seemed completely unaware that I had already been scheduled for a client round. This reflects a serious lack of coordination and professionalism in the hiring process.
If a company is conducting 4+ rounds, candidates expect transparency and proper communication. Instead, this process felt disorganized and wasted a significant amount of my time and effort.
I would advise future candidates to be cautious and not rely fully on verbal confirmations until everything is clearly aligned.
Overall, a very poorly managed recruitment experience.
