Applied and was reached out by recruiter in few days. Recrutier asked me to schedule a Teams Meeting using her calendly link. I scheduled it and got the invite based on my local time. Joined the call and she didnt join so I emailed 15 mins later. After an hour, she replied that the meeting link was of a different time zone and she can join the meeting now. I joined the meeting and she explained the job description. The job was located in AZ and I am in MA. I told her I was fine with relocating. The recruiter also told me that the hiring manager had second thoughts whether to interview me because I was not local to AZ and that she convinced the manager to have atleast a phone screen with me. Was told she would follow up the next day with the next steps but she didnt. I followed up a week later and received no response. This was about 3 weeks ago.
