They completely wasted my time. I did the assessment which took very long. During the interview I received high praise on the results of my assessment and coding skills. It was obvious to the interviewers that I had the skills to excel in this role and they said it themselves. Also, the people interviewing me admitted that they basically had no experience or background coming into this role, especially not like mine. So I was clearly well qualified for the role, better qualified than they were…. but I didn’t get an offer. So they pretty much wasted my time. Oh yeah and the interview was like 2 hours long. Don’t waste your time. They already know the type of person they want to hire.

Initial phone Introduction followed by a diagnostic. Technical interview in person and then a less formal in person interview focused more on personal experiences and interests. Overall a straightforward interview process, don’t overthink it and you’ll be fine
