The interview process was efficient enough when I was hired. They had lots of steps in order to make sure they are hiring quality engineers. Since the company requires a fluent English level, the first step was a phone interview where they could evaluate candidate's level. Later, if the candidate is approved, then you are requested to come in person and tell more about you. They explained all company's culture and benefits. Next level, they started the technical interview. At this point, some of the engineers came to me and started some process such as a Q&A where the candidate's knowledge is evaluated. Next step are the practical exams, where you are suppose to build some small portions of code in order to solve a determined problem. Only after all this marathon (that can take a few days), you are capable to receive the notification about your results and have a conversation with one of the directors in USA. In my case they contacted me very quickly. It was even unexpectedly. Everyone was very nice with me and we are partners until today. Always polite and helpful. Nothing to complain.
