The hiring process included a phone interview with the HR representative, a phone interview with the hiring director and then an on-site visit to meet all team members and allow the team to ask questions and meet in person. All aspects were conducted professionally. My only complaint was they ended up promoting from inside of the organization. I felt I should have been aware of this from the start and that the efforts and time spent put forth on both sides could have been avoided.
