They send you messages on LinkedIn stating that they are INCREDIBLY interested in you and all the sophisticated futility that HR loves to say like "When the power of people and Microsoft comes together" and "The recruiter that relies on people, not on processes", all to the sake of being ghosted after the first message. In fact, their HR recruits in a chain, like a factory, copy/pasting their fancy recruitment message to all young graduates they can find because they are DESPERATE to find some people crazy enough to work with them.
