First an introduction about the company. Than they told which role they are searching for, it was not the same what was mentioned in the initial conversation, so it led to some confusion.
For a starting role, more focused on soft skills and willingness to learn than a particular portfolio of technical competences. Very open to people of different academic backgrounds and years of experience
