Well I will say it started off well. The gentleman out of Tampa was very nice (anytime you’re addressed “sir” off the bat, you know these are going to be fine conversation) and he and I had a good rapport. Next I interviewed with a consultant. All went well. They said I would be scheduled for an in person interview in Atlanta office and then they all went completely ghost. I called back to follow up because I had not received a call as I was told. I found it extremely unprofessional to not return my follow up call or email. I was very disappointed. If you had decided to go another route, letting me know would have been fine. Instead I was left hanging and trying to adjust my schedule around the dates they wanted me to come in—only for them to not confirm or cancel. I’ve never been treated like such by any company at any level. I hope their HR and recruiters will be more courteous. Come to find out from an associate of mine, this is a habit. This definitely is not a good practice. Unfortunate.
