Entrevista
I applied to the Job online and was contacted for a phone interview within a few days. After going over my background and interests, I had a technical interview the following week. The interview consisted of Hardware, Network concepts Active Directory and IT situation problems. Not to challenging. After a month or so I got a call back that I passed my tech interview, then a few weeks later I was finally given a 1:1 interview with the Director at the local office. Most of the questions were about my background and what I had expertise in. Also he asked a lot about current MS technologies and news.

Entrevista
It was pretty straight forward, they called me on time and it went on for half an hour. The interviewer did alot of the talking. I was pretty happy with the whole process but they still havent gotten back to me afterwards, its been about 4-5 weeks.

Entrevista
I had three interviews. One was on the weekend, they knew I wasn't a super engineer, but I was able to illustrate more importantly how I find solutions.
The second was with another SE, the third I had to go to an accenture office to do a telepresence with one of the execs.
