The first phone interview was with HR, the 2nd was with current software engineer where I lead the interview. This is for a new grad software engineer. The next interview is a day long on site with other candidates.

Entrevista com RH e entrevista técnica com gestor caso aprovado na primeira etapa. Parte técnica nível mediano de dificuldade. São solícitos quando te pedem disponibilidade de horário pra agendar a call, mas lerdos demais em dar feedback. Estou até hoje a ver navios, mesmo depois de um ok no processo seletivo. Simplesmente sumiram e nunca mais entraram em contato.
