The overall process was very good: nice people, friendly, divulged a lot of information about the company. However, expectations were not met with the goalposts moved last minute during contract offer. Tried for a rational open conversation but a brick wall was put up with an apparent company policy in place that was not made clear at any point during the interview process.

Strong start to the hiring process — responsive, organized, and fast-moving. Things slowed down once we got deeper in, and communication became inconsistent. Room to improve on keeping candidates in the loop
