The hiring process was good overall, but I believe interviewers should be properly aligned and demonstrate patience. Instead of assuming they know everything, they should keep an open mind and genuinely listen to the candidate. The interviewer I spoke with, unfortunately, appeared to lack patience and was more focused on hearing specific answers she had in mind, rather than understanding my perspective.
The interviewer was based in the US and was conducting interviews for a position in the Bangalore location.

2. Client side rendering vs server side redendering
3.useState, useReducer, Redux, zustand
2 system design, 1 coding, 1 hiring manager.
System design focussed on standard questions (design a room reservation system and a messenger).
The coding interview was very simple.
Hiring manager screen involved digging deeper into the past experience.

Recruiter round - HM round - technical screen round.
The process is frustrating and very slow. I had to follow up with the recruiter and a scheduler at every stage.
It took them 2 -3 weeks to get back from each round. After stringing me along for 6 weeks and repeatedly requesting for next steps they rejected me without any feedback.

Usual tech recruiter round and HM questions. Everyone was extremely disorganized and had no clue about the position. They kept saying this is a new position and they're figuring out stuff.
