A recruiter from Autodesk reached out to me to set up a phone screen. When I responded with my availability, the recruiter totally ghosted me. I followed up multiple times to absolutely no response - a particularly cruel behavior in this difficult job market.

5 interviews including screening, the process was pretty well orgainized, a separate role for setting up the interviews. No long wait, all was done quite fast, the recruiter supported all the way

7 rounds, 2.5 months. Slow responses, generic rejection after extensive time investment, and lack of follow through on request for feedback. But nice team, and good conditions if you get an offer.
