The recruiter contacted me,and then the Hiring Manager contacted me.I had a good 45 minutes conversation with the HM,and he also indicated over the call that I will need to go and meet the team onsite.It's been two and a hald weeks and I have not heard back from them.I have followed up with the recruiter.Why do they have a recruitment team if they cant respond?It's ok not to get selected but its extremely unprofessional not to update you after the interview process.Shows a horrible HR system.
