Multiple interviews with different departments and leaders. Questions were open ended and asked for specific examples of leadership, difficult situations and how you make decisions. Having real life examples is a big plus to add, also ways you lead and focus on the core values of the company help as well.

Entrevista
Phone interview and office interview. They did not focus on whether I could do the job and drive the department success. They focused on whether I could manage a bunch of unhappy people and make them happy.
They ended up hiring someone internally that had turned around unhappy people in another department.
