Upon applying for the position, a recruiter reached out and asked me to complete a two hour technical test. The test is poorly written and the instructions given are extremely confusing.
Nonetheless, I managed to pass it and I received an invitation for an onsite interview after a few days. The position applied for is Quantitative Developer, a developer role, but during the onsite interview they had no interest in knowing whether you can write code or not. This should raise some red flags. Instead, the technical questions asked were undergraduate probability questions, which in my opinion had no place in a mid level position interview.
