Applied online and was contacted by an outside HR person for a phone interview. Completed the phone interview (~45 minutes) and was asked to complete an online personality test (5min). Found out within a few days that I was going through to the in-person interview. The interview was with the President and an internal HR person. It was an extremely pleasant interview, very casual with a lot of joking around. I heard back from the outside HR person with a couple weeks that I didn't get the job but was happy to actually hear back. Overall a good experience.
