I was taken out of store to a local coffee shop and given a quick 10 minute interview, interviewer pretty much told me it was just a formality during, and that the job was mine if I wanted it. She asked me 3 questions and took me back to the store and gave me two packets to fill out at home and bring in for training the following week.

A manager reached out to me to schedule an in-person meeting and shared details about what they are looking for in this position. There was a single interview with a store manager. She asked me behavioral questions, questions to see how I align with Athleta's values, and why Athleta. The next day, they called to offer me the job.
