4-phase interview process 1) one way video interview which is rather intimidating and impersonal, 2) brief phone interview 3) interview with international manager and other international coordinator 4) behaviour based questions. Person to person interviews were really good and interviewers were friendly but the whole process from beginning to end dragged on for way too long
