I did apply and more than a month later after the deadline I was contacted by HR. They seemed a bit unorganised. They arranged a first 15' videoconference. Just one person interviewing who just improvised and was 10' late. A second F2F with the same person. Again the interviewer was not prepared, didn't even look at my CV and talked about himself and how important he was for the company. Great disappointment and it seems quite a trend in AZ. Many senior people that do not have any other experience than AZ seem not to be very humble.
