Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en AstraZeneca (Gothenburg) en mar 2019
Entrevista
The interview process took about two months.
Scientific interviews with the perspective leader and team mates were very interesting and challenging. Questions were difficult, but it was really amazing to think together to find answers, and I learnt a lot during the process.
The interview with "big bosses", heads of sections I'd never see during work, went bad: my organic chemistry was a bit rusty (I applied for a computational position). They were aiming at making me uncomfortable with their behaviour and questions: I had the feeling I really didn't want to work with these people, so in the end I'm glad I didn't receive an offer.

After the recruiter approach, they gave the final round interview directly, lasting four hours. Two of them are technical, and one of them is behaviour. Please make sure you have prepared a story for each of their core values

First round: virtual interview, you get 2 questions and you need to record your answers and submit. Feels impersonal.
Final round: values interview with the team leads, followed by technical interview (short presentation, standard questions). Meet the team session was nice.
