Have good documentation practice knowledge such as GMP, be able to work in small groups and independently. The interview is usually within one hour and quite straight forward. They may contact a phone screen before the in-person interview.

What are your GMP knowledge, how to identify problems and resolve? What is your manufacturing background? Ability to have strong attention to details?
Initially there was a phone screening interview. After that it was possible to schedule. There were multiple remote interviews with panel interviewers. Each interview was approximately half an hour. There were opportunities to ask questions.

Entrevista
2 panels interview, first one with HR and Head Manager, second one very technical with Line manager and Senior Officer. The second interview is though, based on possible scenarios that may happen during the batch analysis.

Entrevista
Two 45 minute interviews scheduled by email. First interview was with the intern manager, second interview was with the intern manager and her team (2 other people). The interviews both consisted of the job description that lasted the majority of the interview with only a few questions throughout the conversation.
