Absolute nightmare experience. Cleared 3 rounds for an SWE role with a positive impression, was sent an email offer with negotiated start dates, location and salary but was awaiting official contract signature.
HR induced me to leave ex-company earlier(incurred penalty) but delayed start date by a week. A week later, same pending contract approval excuse which continued every week with no visible approval date. No closure, no apologies, no professionalism. Just GHOSTED.
If this is the way offered candidates are treated, no soul would work for this hellish sweatshop.
