Was contacted by the recruiter for the job posting I had applied. Things seemed ok, hence, was moved forward to the hiring manager, which went well. Post that had two rounds: system design and coding. I think it wasn't great, but not too bad. Everyone seemed polite throughout the interview process, b there was no communication about the decision made, in spite of me following up.

ROUND 1: Online aptitude+coding in HirePro Platform • Section1: General Aptitude questions were from  Quants (find profit, find age, find age, find avg weight, ratio, )  Ratio and percentage takes more time  Piecharts and Graph interpretation of probability takes more time • Section2: Techinal Aptitude questions were from  Networking – devices, osi layers, duplex  Cloud – characteristics, types, advantages, disadvantages  DSA -binary tree, stack  C++ - passing and returning objects, goto, virtual function  Java -packages, class, rules of inheritance  Python output questions, inbuilt functions  C output questions, keywords  OS -fragmentation, deadlock • Section3: Coding (Choose two languages: C or C++ or Java or Python)

Complete Waste of time and Effort. I recently interviewed for the full stack software engineering position at Aruba, Santa Clara. All the interviewers were great, they gradually increased the level of difficulty and were open to whatever approach you choose. There were a total of 7 rounds including Hiring manager, Coding and resume based and were insightful in terms to know the team you'd be working with. The recruiter was exceptional in terms of getting back to me and arranging the rounds. I did everything right, cleared all the rounds yet I received a rejection for no reason. It looked like they were just browsing the candidates and wasting time. Even after asking me if I was willing to accept their offer they rejected me. Doesn't make sense at all, not to me. I have been actively interviewing and have never faced this. I don't know if they even want to hire.
