Argusoft College Placement – Interview Process
The Argusoft recruitment process for campus placements is conducted in four stages:
1. Pre-Placement Talk
Purpose: Introduction to Argusoft, its work culture, job roles, and recruitment process.
Format: Presentation and Q&A session with company representatives.
2. Online Aptitude, Technical, and Communication Skills Test (MCQ & Descriptive)
Mode: Online
Duration: 60 minutes
Sections:
Verbal Reasoning
Non-Verbal Reasoning
Technical Knowledge
Communication Skills
Question Types: Multiple Choice and Descriptive
Cut-off: Minimum 70% required to qualify for the next stage.
3. Problem-Solving & Reading Comprehension Test (Pen & Paper) + VP Interview
Format: Offline
Reading Comprehension: 5 questions (1 minute each)
Problem-Solving / Aptitude: 3 questions (5 minutes each)
Evaluation Criteria: Focus on approach and optimal solution, not just correctness.
Follow-up: Shortlisted candidates proceed to the Vice President interview, which further assesses analytical thinking and communication.
4. Problem-Solving & Active Listening – CEO Interview
Mode: Online (Virtual)
Focus: Problem-solving skills, active listening, personality, and cultural fit.
Nature: Final interaction with the CEO before selection.
Online Test Instructions
The test will include Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning, and Reading Comprehension sections.
The total duration is 60 minutes.
The test will be conducted online.
The decision made by Argusoft regarding selection will be final and binding.
