Another recruiting agency called me for this open position. I scheduled the interview on-site on a Thursday. Dress code was formal (suit, tie, etc). Recruiter told me to arrive 15 minutes prior to my interview time. Upon arrival I was ushered in to the conference room by the owner. The owner did an initial interview of my background experience before calling for the technical interview by the tech lead. The tech lead printed a few copies of XML documents, XML schemas and a document containing error messages and error codes. The tech lead wanted me to pinpoint where the errors are. After that, I stayed a bit more for a few more follow up questions and the interview was over in about 1 hour.
