The overall interview experience was average, as the interviewers lacked professional skills. Arbisoft should consider providing professional development workshops to groom employees in line with corporate standards. It felt awkward to be interviewed by someone with less experience. Additionally, the interviewer frequently interrupted the conversation and did not allow me to complete my introduction.
