Entrevista
For the Fresh Graduate Program, it is a 3-4 step interview process.
The first round consists of an MCQ based online test which has almost 20 MCQs and 1 hour duration.
The second round is an on-site full-day coding test which consisted of three coding questions. It was open language.
Based on the coding performance, the third step was scheduled. If coding performance was above a certain threshold, the technical interview is bypassed else there is a technical interview where you are asked questions about OOP, DSA, and programming.
The fourth and final interview is HR one where you answer basic questions about yourself and have salary discussions.
1 hour long interview, extremely related to php basics and core questions. 1 mysql question with multiple tables to get data from. 1 question related to logic. 20-mins related to DB questions.

Oop complete concepts and implementation. Diamond problem
Medium level questions of software engineering, dsa, oop. And more tech related questions than soft skills. There is no restriction on programming language specific answers, the thoight process counts. Some good knowledge in each subject like dsa, oop, databases is required.

Eight (8) hours long on site coding test. Refreshments during test were good. Did not start on time though, which given how long it already was, not a good thing. Overall positive experience.

Twas a coding test. They asked to solve leetcode style questions on their platform.
