Apptware’s hiring process was highly unprofessional in my experience. I was issued a formal offer letter after clearing interviews, which I accepted. After that, the company stopped responding to my calls and emails for weeks. Later, the offer was revoked stating that a client did not proceed after a further discussion, even though no such discussion or interview ever happened. This lack of transparency and accountability caused unnecessary stress and disruption. Ghosting a candidate after releasing an offer letter and then revoking it without proper communication shows poor hiring ethics. I would strongly advise candidates to get everything clearly confirmed in writing and be cautious.
