Interview process is really aweful, vice president needs to review all candiates and challenge everything no matter how reasonable you are. A role play is a must, vice president will act at a terrible manager and keep rejecting what you said.
3 interviews, the first one with the direct manager, and the other two with two different teammates. Around one hour each. All of them had personal and professional questions. The fourth one should have been mainly technical, but didn't do it eventually. really nice people.
