Initial screening was done by an online mcq test. The first round was a rapid fire question answer round. It was around 20-30 minutes. The second round was more technical in depth. The third round was techno-managerial round.

I applied through naukri portal and get the call to take Hackerearth MCQ test on the same day. I passed that round and got the call from one of the HR member and he scheduled a call for first round of interview. First Round was quite easy , I gave answers of almost all the questions and got selected for the second round. Now let's comes to the worst part. It's been around more than 2 months ,they have not update me when will be the second round of interview. I tried calling their HR but she did not answerd my call even once. What I feel now ? They are simply wasting Candidate's time by giving false advertisement of openings and showcasing like they have lot of openings but in actual they hardly have any.
