Found the ad on Linked in. All technical interviews. Seems not so personal until the last round. It is kind of like the opposite of other companies. Skype Interviews, Then Onsite. All technical. All software questions, a few brain teasers. Each Interview was 1 to 1.5 hours. I was asked to code a sample question on my laptop onsite.

I was asked to do a complicated SQL question followed by horizontal scalability using Redis and Memcached. Then I was asked to explain ngix and why it scales than apache and asked about OS threads. It seemed the questions got more and more detailed until they reached my limit of understanding.

Had initial call with recruiter then technical interview on skype after one week. Used online editor to write code. The interviewer mainly focused on questions related to networking and data structure like graph, tree, linkedlist etc.
