The process was relatively quick, which felt like a red flag, seemed like they hire quickly and most employees don't last long. It reminded me of companies that use the probational period as the sort of last round interview. A lot of comments researched about the working culture seemed reflected in the recruiting process.

Pregunta 1
Sales Experience. It was pretty much only focused on sales experience and a strong hunter mentality. There was less of a focus on the company itself.
Disrespectful, as the recruiter apparently didn’t check my cv beforehand. It took us only 5min to figure out I am not the right fit for the role based on all the obvious information on my cv.
