Initial Screening: Recruiter explained the position and salary requirements and asked 3 simple questions. Process was simple, but recruiter had already made up his mind prior to the questions. He did not call at the scheduled time and did not contact me until I contacted another recruiter, then he did not call me at the time we agreed upon.

Phone interview with HR. Then 2 panel interviews over zoom with 5 people on each call. The phone interview and the first round were typical and fairly easy. The last round was miserable. They asked questions for almost the full hour. Then I was told someone would let me know by the end of the week and no one reached out. I emailed and left a voicemail, did not get an answer. Eventually a month and a half later, I received an email that said my application had been rejected. Really frustrating process.
