Applied online, contacted for a phone interview a couple weeks later. Phone interview was basic, was given a lot of details about the position. A week or so later, received an email with the offer to com into the office for the in-person interview. I think originally there was suppose to be more than one person interviewing me. The 1:1 interview was pretty relaxed, felt more like a conversation than an intense interview. It was nearly a month before I received the rejection, which I expected since the in-person interviewer informed me the next round of interviews would be in the coming week and when I didn't get the call.. well.
