Very good Interviews starting with the phone and involved the recruiter; was very informative and straight forward. Next was the hiring manager interview who asked questions and expected in the STAR Format. Lastly, was the 5 hour interview or loop as they call it.

Very intense. Amazon Web Services (AWS) interview process is structured, rigorous, and designed to assess both technical and leadership capabilities. It consists of multiple stages, each testing different aspects of a candidate's skills and alignment with Amazon’s Leadership Principles and is focused on the STAR interviewing method. Be prepared and definitely make sure you can share lessons learned in your responses. Final round is a loop interview focused on behavioral questions where each question is centered on an AWS leadership principle - one interviewer will be an Amazon Bar Raiser - an Amazon employee trained to ensure hiring quality.

Entrevista
Lengthy interview with around 7-8 rounds. The interviewers are randomized across different teams and each is focused on one leadership principle. Mostly behavioural; I believe one asked for a simple SQL code, since the role required SQL knowledge.
