Rhys, the person conducting this interview, used the AWS online meeting service. The process was very intense and did not really test business acumen or knowledge, but rather an understanding of Amazon's business principles. The interviewer seemed more interested in conducting an interrogation. It wasn't a great experience as he kept asking questions about their own facility and how it looks from the outside. Please focus on the data center setup. After my interaction with the interviewer, I realized that some people can be two-faced. AWS needs to reconsider some of the hiring :-)
