The interview process was too long for the position. Four interviews later the last interview involved five different separate interviews with members from associated teams at Amazon. One of the five was the hiring manager but I was never told which one. It was a six hour process one after another with an hour break. It just seemed a bit much for the position. I get the culture and how you must buy in to the entire way to think but it was not like I was interviewing for a job at Groom Lake it is for Amazon Web Services.

The questions are all based off of Amazons methodologies and against the STAR interview response approach. To respond correctly you must answer all questions against the Amazon principals using STAR based responses. Not the most natural thing to do unless you have been well programmed.

Attended 3 rounds (1 technical, 2 on site with manager) of interviews with the last being on site. Need to know leadership principles by hard. Interviews can be long, so you need maximum concentration

Technical questions are expected, but be prepared as the process has changed, and now they ask about Nvidia arch, and INtel arm based arch too which was not expected as per their previous records but yes now they include it.
