I applied for their bursary program for software engineers (Cape Town). Interview process was a 3 hours. 2 LP interviews and 1 technical interview. 45 minutes each. Although I was so scared for this, it was a fairly easy and comfortable interview. I know some other people who had harder questions than the ones below.
