One initial interview and six interviews to assess behavior assessment. With focus on experiences related with leadership, innovation, human resource management, and other sales related activities. limited questions about current responsibilities and assignments.
Steps were as follows in this order: 1/ HR Phone Screen; 2/ Hiring manager; 3/ Loop; 4/ Offer
After these steps, I received an offer, which I successfully negotiated higher and ultimately accepted. While there were not many steps, altogether the process was difficult and stressful. However, looking back, I appreciate the value the process derived

Screening interview with the recruiter to discuss the role and what to expect throughout the entire interview process. It was a very casual phone screen but the recruiter provided some very important information that would be beneficial as you move forward in the interview process.
