Several interviews with several different levels of management. Really well laid out process made it easy to attend each interview. Recruiters were very helpfully through the process and were able to answer all questions.

Interview based on the Amazon LP's, along with skill one own they assess based on the role fitment.
Amazon’s interview process starts with a recruiter screen and an online assessment.
Next is a technical phone screen focused on coding and problem-solving.
Successful candidates proceed to an on-site loop with multiple rounds (coding, system design, behavioral).
Each round includes questions aligned to Amazon’s 16 Leadership Principles.
A Bar Raiser ensures hiring quality, and decisions are made by a hiring panel.
