I was initially recommended by a recruiter through LinkedIn to apply for the associate solutions architect - early career program.
So, I submitted a resume through the AWS website and was asked to do a phone interview (audio) as the first interview. The interview lasted 45 minutes.

Phone screening interview was very chill and very nice lady. She asked me to walk trough my cv, then 2 behavioural question and then technical questions. In the end you have time to ask them some questions
